Two Minute Mug Brownie
In microwave safe container, stir together 1/4 cup flour, 1/4 cup packed brown sugar, 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder, and a pinch salt with a fork until no lumps remain. Stir in 2 tbsp oil and 2 tbsp milk or water until you have a thick paste. Microwave on high for a minute, checking it after 30 seconds. It will be done when springy on top but a bit gooey in middle.
