Make Your Own Pizookie!

Have you ever had a pizookie? It's a humongous cookie baked in a small pizza pan usually served with ice cream on top while it's still hot. Super Yum!
It's really easy to make your own: we just used our favorite chocolate chip cookie recipe then buttered and floured a small cake pan. Then we put a large scoop of dough in the middle pressing it out toward the edges but not filling entire pan. (it will expand while baking) Serve warm in pan with ice cream on top and share with your best friend cuz it's big! Enjoy!
